Be it Dhakai Khichuri or Mocha Paturi, Murg Polao or Mishti Polao, Ilish Bhaape or Chingrimaachher Malaikari, Bengal is a melting pot of diverse tastes, traditions and emotions. To celebrate this glorious unity in diversity, Kolkata Paanchphoron is delighted to present EAST-WEST FOOD CONTEST, where the participants will meet in a cook-off challenge. The fiery curries of the Bangals made popular by the legacy of East Bengal will meet the sweet loving Ghotis in this one-of-a-kind battle of tastes.
