Kolkata will witness the 5th Dum Dum International Film Festival at the Dumdum Rabindra Bhaban. Famous Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap inaugurated the festival which is featuring a selection of films from across the world along with some of the best films from India. A grand initiative by Shri Bratya Basu, honourable Minister of Information Technology & Electronics, the festival will bear testimony to the glorious legacy left behind by world famous Indian film makers like Satyajit Ray, Mrinal Sen, Ritwik Ghatak and will be attended by chief guests like professor Saugata Roy and Dr. Pachu Roy.
